Trump is relentlessly defending the use of altered Dorian map

President Trump is now on day five of insisting that Alabama was threatened by Hurricane Dorian, a claim that was outdated and refuted by the National Weather Service. #CNN #News

    1. @Lena Pietersen HAHAH Good thinking – why did nobody on his team suggest that? A much better solution than the sharpie. He could have saved himself (and the world) 4 tweets. That is what happens when you have never heard of a CAT 5 hurricane.

    2. @Box Top Exactly. At least 3 of the storm tracks had the hurricane going straight over Alabama SE, and around 10 more of them were close enough to have the inner bands hit. Once more Trump proven correct.

    3. @Box Top You invalidated your own argument by confirming it was only a possibility in one of the first reports. No one disputes that. Trump referencing reports that are 3 and 4 days old just confirms that either he was not getting hourly projections or was not paying attention. This is not that hard to get people.

    4. @Mulinaster Do you really not get this or do you just refuse to believe anything that does not fit your narrative? At the time of his post on Alabama, no model had the hurricane hitting Alabama. None, zero, zip, nada. He continued to repeat this mistake through out the day even though ALL evidence showed he was incorrect. This is not about whether the hurricane was going to hit Alabama anymore. It’s about a President who refuses to EVER admit he was ever wrong. We all make mistakes. Rational adults realize this and can accept it, something you and the President seem to both be incapable of admitting.

    1. @David Wolff Thanks for proving my names point. The right is garbage at actually doing anything other than just insulting.

    2. @David Wolff What has my life got to do with anything that Donal does? Your comment is irrelevant. Not an intelligent response. But nobody expects anything intelligent coming out from neither Donald nor his not so intelligent fans.

    1. @bob noneya Your comment looks like it was made by a 5 year old. And stop putting up with stupid people like trump lying all the time. It makes you look spineless.

  1. Trump’s ego and narcissism will never allow him to admit wrong, and that’s even more dangerous than an ebola outbreak

    1. Except, they’ve recently found a very effective treatment for Ebola. . We need an effective treatment for this wart on the arse of humanity.

  2. I saw another forecast showing #Dorian going back to Puerto Rico in order to get those rolls of Bounty paper towels.

    1. Well he’s certainly not a business man…he’s no president…he’s gotta keep trying jobs until he finds one he’s good at.

  3. Ya can instantly tell that it was trump who altered the map as soon as he says I don’t know I don’t know

  4. Download the new trump weather service app……. Nevermind, that trump business just filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy also.

  5. “I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know…” TRANSLATION: “Quit asking, quit asking, quit asking…”

    1. @Ronnie Myrick tRump is getting flustered. Good. Time for the 33+ worldwide Intel Agencies to execute their plan!!!

    1. @Mulinaster False equivalency. Being hyperbolic and wanting to continuously defend outright falsehoods isn’t the “same thing.” But you keep telling yourself that (only because you WANT to believe it).

    2. @Mulinaster And let’s not forget what he’s tried to do to children in this country on medical deferments…giving them 33 days to exit the country even though they are in treatment for serious conditions like leukemia and rare diseases. Yeah…VERY conservative agenda you are standing behind. Face it, you’ve failed with this guy when it comes to weighing any “good” you feel he’s doing.

    3. @Tony David In the very specific case of the quotation, it is hyperbolic and in keeping with that particular idiosyncratic tendency of his. In the broader sense of continuously defending falsehoods, that plays into the troll and anti-political correctness and narcissism aspects I alluded to. Two different things to different ends. In that specific case, saying Cat 5’s don’t exist serves no specific selfish end and is consistent with what he’s said in the past.

    4. @Mulinaster You’re assuming he treats his hyperbolic tendency any different than just being wrong. Denial is denial, no matter where it originates.

And why would he continue to say “he never heard of…” Cat 5’s (when FOUR have already occurred under his watch) as opposed to “I can’t believe?” Do you know of anyone else that would conflate the two? (Other than yourself in your need to protect Trump)

Seriously, what “good” comes from any of nonsense?

You’re just flat out wrong across the board with this guy.

It’s clear you are making attempts to protect your self-concept and sense of identity in being a conservative. Can’t preserve either if you sell your soul in the process and side with someone like Tweety bird Trump. Defending this guy only makes you look desperate. And ill-informed.

  6. Do you guys not see that we’re all given misinformation lies✔ They just want everybody to forget about Epstein in all there sex ring members✔

    1. @Darrylx444 …..He actually thinks “everyone is entitled to their opinion” is like a well written analogy, or any other well explained justification. It’s truly fascinating to study simpleton’s comments. They think they make sense, when they actually prove that they are totally incapable of using developed objective thinking skills. They actually think people are born with a brain that doesn’t need to learn how to think in objective ways. Any 8 year old can demonstrate the ability to form an opinion several times per day!

    2. @Going Bonkers With My Honkers *everyone is entitled to their opinion*
K I think you are racist as you have a name and pfp that was specifically made to be bigoted.

  7. Clue: If it was done with a waxy marker, I’d say, in the Oval Office, by the lunatic, with a box of crayons.

  8. The President didn’t make anything up. He predicted that Alabama would be hit by a Category 5 storm and, indeed, he farted a humongous tweetstorm and Alabama took a direct hit.

  9. Of course Trump did trace the map with his own black sharpie …we all know he signs his executive orders with a SHARPIE. Sad man.

  10. This just in: A runaway black sharpie breached the White House a week ago placing boob jobs on weather maps, it is still at large.

  11. In President Sharpie’s universe, the SharkNado will hit Alaska!!! 🙄 Someone please give him Prozac before it’s too late!!! 😡
