  1. And just why did Trump not testify and why did he order key witnesses to not testify ? Because he has everything to HIDE .

    1. @Benoti Sanchez The “Counsel” has no right to cross examine, not even in a grand jury. The first stage is Evidence collection, not a trial.
Get to know the process, because you are being bamboozled by stupid Repub talking points.

    2. If his base would ask themselves this question, maybe there would be higher impeachment and removal polling. numbers

  2. At this point, in our country…we have:

Those of us who cherish our country, respect our constitution, and obey our laws…

    And then we have…

    Trump supporters

    #ConstitutionFirst

    1. There are protests all over America on Tuesday, I like the sound of a #ConstitutionFirst Rally chant! 👏👏👏💙💙💙

  3. In sharp contrast to Trump, Mc-Con-nell, Lindsey Graham and the rest of the GOP, who’re going to follow the oath they swore to Putin.

Protect the democracy of America, people!

    1. Putin is the only one who could get close to Ttump and him being sly and known for poisoning people when he’s done with him he could probably get rid of him at anytime just saying

  4. computers of any known type currently made are all insecure devices and should NOT be used for any elections whatsoever.
we owe it to our country to hold elections with pen and paper ballots , because it is not true if it is not written down for this kind of record.

    1. Oh I agree just also like to add screw this electorial college bull respect the rights of all voters not just areas #1people1vote every SINGLE vote should count and everyone should feel that their vote actually does matter.

    2. It’s a noble idea, but a rather fallible one in practice. A strong, code- and hardware vetted system that is in reality *_a lot_* more secure than *_only_* paper ballots. Because people are far more easily manipulated and corrupted, by outside influence or their own incentives and motivations, than machines and authentication solutions designed, developed _and vetted(!)_ by qualified people who know what they’re doing (and machines stored securely in meantime!). And ever in growth; in 2016 there were 918.000 poll workers managing 117.000 voting locations.

Developers and service partners/their employees need to be vetted too ofc, but this would be a vastly smaller number of people; far more manageable, and thus federal resources would be far more able to do a proper thorough vetting and background check on those.

Ideally such a system should probably be developed, or at least properly project managed and overseen, by the FEC, not commercial entities. The FEC is not the ultimate in incorruptible, they’re humans too – but it would go directly against their life’s work, and the level of oversight into a federal operation is far superior than into a commercial company/corporation. And it’s not nearly as vulnerable to outside influence. – While an ontaking like this could most definitely be done, it’s extremely unrealistic for 2020. We should already be on it for 2022 and 2024 though.

No matter – I do think we should strongly consider paper _backup_ ballots. They need to be serialized, and scanned at both time of vote and time of count. Not with any personal data attachment, just to make it a lot harder to get away with theft, withholding or injection of illegitimate ballots. And if anyone needs a replacement paper ballot, the replacement ballot should be manually registered as a replacement with dual poll-worker signoff.

    3. @Lelee DaDutchess Spoild we have a number of problems 1 there is a factor of time compression going on unforseen by our founders…and that is the speed of communications-relationships these days.
2 there needs to be many party’s to vote for and more than just so red or blue districts along with a general whacking over the head of any re-districting gerrymandering that has gone on by the office that oversees such things and put in place a proper grid..while avoiding stupid things like middle of houses and such. i do not like the EC’s apparent power to ignore the will of the people.
3 we need a more stable face to the world so we need to vote less often on the exec seat and congress / senate needs to be more active with impeachments to remove obviously unfit people from their seats…one of the main problems we have with the rest of the world is that our public Face as it were changes to much and we are distrusted because of that.

    4. @pr0xZen know what cheat engine is if not go look it up a .0001 adjustment of votes electronicly = a huge expo number of improper votes i play against the people that like to use such things i know far to much about how they seem to get away with it hardcore every day.
and paper ballots are rather immune to long distance Adjustment sure they are not perfect but i prefer a system that does not make it Easy for outside influence to be sitting at a comp half a world away that we cannot get at.
with people you have prints, dna evidence, wagging bragging mouths[you have no idea the amount of people that bust themselves out because they just can not shut up] , all kinds of records with people vetted into the system…computers are spoofable ip address’s anywhere in the world

    5. @pr0xZen The best is a paper and computer blend, the paper re-inforcing the output of the computer if there is an issue.

  5. Moscow-Mitch and the Russian-owned Traitor-Republican party better vote their Oaths and #Impeach or be damned by the American people! #voteBlue2020!!

    1. @Wonder Wonderful There’s no doubt even Republican senators would vote to convict if faced with convincing evidence. Have you seen any?

    2. @C H Yes & i have been a registered Republican for 20 yrs.
I am convinced apparently you are not. That’s OK,,we all have our opinions.
Mine is no better than yours.

  6. Congressional Republicans have no integrity or ethics. They will violate their oath and vote to acquit because anything else destroys their party.

    1. Even some conservative republicans have created a super pac to stop trump and those in the senate that support him. Members include some senators.

    1. Graham, as a trumpy hypocrite ( just look at his videos against trumpy before 2016), is perhaps a greater “weevil”.

    1. @Base Man You don’t know when you’re hurting yourself do you? Trump don’t care about you! Especially if you’re poor.

    1. @Base Man trump had to admit to embezzling 2.8 million from charity and pay 2 million to charity because of the court cases involving the donald j trump foundation.

Trump also had to pay out $25 million as part of a settlement surrounding the multiple criminal cases involving trump university.
