  1. The rich seldom go to jail. The victims’ families would be better off seeking vengeance rather than Justice.

  2. So sorry for your loss!

  3. Is this from the boat with no running lights? As a boater I can tell you – there is a practice that should be stopped. I guess it was.

  4. I don’t know enough about the case. Seems there’s lot of conflicting claims. Will be interesting to see how this ends.

      He got off Scott free.
      That’s how it ended.

      It’s all about money.

      Justice= give me money

    Only 2 million? If the claim is true, the *minimum* should be 4 million.

    I don’t believe Linda was at the wheel….She was probably just the only one not under the influence

  7. Even the rich need to be held accountable for their actions.

    If your gonna boat at night. Make sure you have lights. Sorry for all involved.

  9. drawing no conclusions at all.

  10. I find it very hard to believe this egomaniac Keven O’Leary was not driving the boat. Did he pass a drunk driving test?

  11. Just pay….

  12. She didn’t have a boat license so they swapped drivers. Since he was drunk. Women don’t drive boats that’s the man’s job 98 percent of the time it was to dodge a dui

  13. Where are the charges????
