As a side note, I saw a headline today that said the military was investigating Vindland’s security issues. My first thought was, “Oh no, the military is going to give the GOP attacks credibility.” But when I read the article it was that the military was worried about the safety of the Vindman family and wanted to move them into military housing as a protective measure in the face of violent right wing retaliation.

Hunter Biden and the whistleblower are not germane to these hearings. Repubs are just as desperate to keep the truth from coming out as trump. Besides, if Mulvaney, Pompeo, or Perry testified they would either be led out in cuffs, or would have to purger themselves.
