I think Rudy was afraid he was going to be arrested, so he fled to Ukraine. He’s basically a fugitive at this point.
The President of Ukraine should have Rudy arrested and extradited back to the States, where the FBI will be waiting for him with open arms.
If you were under investigation.. believe me you’re not going anywhere. I doubt Guiliani is under investigation.
Rudy isn’t coming back, he knows what’s waiting for him and he knows Ukraine has no extradition treaty.
