Bart Rademaker haven’t we learned to not trust any polls, especially this early on? The blind faith in polls is part of what got Trump elected to office. Also I’d much rather have a moderate Democrat going against trump than an extreme leftist. No matter what the extreme left will vote blue, but the moderate voters in the swing states will ultimately decide the election. And if the economy for them is strong, and their bank accounts are looking good, it doesn’t make any sense for them to vote for someone who will drastically shift our fiscal policy, especially when the candidate doesn’t have a clear outline as to how their main policies will get paid.

@Robert Downes We can accomplish that without Bernie or Warren. Let’s talk about this Medicare for all that will make a life long Democrat possibly consider voting for agent orange. A lot of us like our private insurance. My job gives it to me, and it comes with lots of benefits for free. Instead of doing something like expanding the affordable care act making it more accessible to Americans Sanders and Warren would rather throw all of that out the window. They would rather tell us we don’t get to keep our private insurance because they think their way is what all of America wants. That’s bullshit.
Another thing, there’s no way they’ll ever have the votes. Both the moderates, and the Republicans will see to that. The majority of the country doesn’t want a progressive. The only reason why Bernie is doing so well is because there’s too many moderates running, and only 2 progressives.
