Bernie is the ONLY candidate that will hold big money corporatists accountable. Warren will take their money in the general.

We certainly did that to the cigarette industry.
Smokers families got none of the money.
It is NOT JUST fossil fuel executives. Just look at what Big Agriculture has done, what corporations like Dow Chemical have done, etc., the environment has been destroyed by corporations. The air, earth and water are ALL polluted. From Bees to salmon everything is dying out. MAKE THEM STOP, MAKE THEM PAY FOR CLEANUPS.
Those fertilizers are made out of fossil fuels. Its all connected. The plastics industry etc.
Is making the planet unfit for human habitation a crime. If not, why not?
If it is nothing else, it is a human rights violation.

– OBVIOUSLY, the planet is still fit for human habitation. Whose rights have been violated? WHAT RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED.
If you charge the executives of fossil fuel companies on criminal charges, what is the charge?? They have broken no existing laws. And if you create laws then you can not charge them anyway.
If you charge the executives of fossil fuel companies on criminal charges, what about all of their accomplices?? What about all of the people who drive gasoline powered vehicles? They are certainly accomplices to your pretend crime. They might be MORE culpable, processing fossil fuels is not that harmful but BURNING them is the real problem. You need to start procedures to arrest 90% of the driving public.
Bernie is THROUGH. NO INTELLIGENT ADULT IS GOING TO BELIEVE HIM ANY MORE.
@Tomandtob wow it’s so safe to have fossil fuels which is why it’s tremendous for you to run a hose from your exhaust pipe into the window of your car nope nothing about exhaust fumes could affect the air we breath it’s not like we are encased in like an atmosphere or something that traps the exhaust in…. oh wait
And scientists have come up with a new term: ecocide. I think ecoside should be punishable by law.

The fact is that their own scientists told the fossil fuel executives that their industry was directly responsible for global warming… and they covered it up. That’s a crime. Period.

He NEVER mentioned Congress. He did mention having his AG look into PROSECUTING the fossil fuel executives.
