  1. Rich people doing some virtue signalling… of course, after and before just another line of coke. Very impressive.

  2. When are Queen Bee and her husband going to do something with this event? Oh yeah they do nothing for free. They are all for themselves citizens.

  3. Hugh Evens is a man. Trump will definitely hate him. One reason being that he himself would feel threatened about his own manhood. The other reasons are of course Evans ideas.

  4. Trump and his followers will not like this festival at all because it includes the word – global. And the goal is to address poverty which involves caring for your fellow humans and actually helping them.

  5. Trump takes credit for the success in the economy but ignores the fact that Obama set it all in motion. Trump hasn’t really done very much.

  6. Fun fact: most of the founding fathers considered themselves globalists/internationalists and held that the US should be part of the world community, not the least by offering safe harbor for refugees, asylum seekers, and immigrants.

Washington: “I had always hoped that this land might become a safe and agreeable Asylum to the virtuous & persecuted part of mankind, to whatever nation they might belong…” 1788

Paine: America is “An asylum for mankind.” Common Sense; & “The world is my country, all mankind my brethren, and to good is my religion.” The Rights of Man

Jefferson: The US offers “A sanctuary for those whom the misrule of Europe may compel to seek happiness in other climes.” 1817

    1. Progressive Humanist This is a huge country. What is the reason for not admitting more immigrants? I remember the Vietnam asylum seekers in Nashville years ago. They were absorbed into the community. Of course Texas border cannot deal with an influx, but we could send them to other states. If they don’t have a specific skill, there is the farm belt, factories, etc. Might as well take down the Statue of Liberty. If students can be bussed, why can’t we do the same on a larger scale?

    2. Kinda rich that the people you’re quoting either owned slaves or turned a blind eye to slavery. The countries our founding fathers welcomed refugee’s from were exclusively made up of Caucasian’s. If you immigrated from Africa you ran a high risk of being bought and sold pre 1860’s. Perspective is important, I’m not agreeing or disagreeing with your sentiments.

  7. get rid of misogyny and give all women/grls the right to control their own bodies. there…thats the global solution.

  8. I’m praying that one of Trump’s sicko fans won’t do anything to cause lives to erupt this momentous event….you all stay safe!
