If you add up all the misconduct and crimes committed by law enforcement people in the US, one can rightfully ask how low the standards are to become a cop in the US. There are tens of thousands of good law men and women doing the good work to protect us, no doubt about that, but there are too many bad apples putting a stain on the good ones to ignore it any longer. When this trump circus is over, lawmakers ought to think about the federal government taking over control of the hiring process right down to the district level by putting forward a strict catalogue of questions to figure out if any applicant has the mindset to serve the public. Its how its done in other countries and the number of gross misconduct, police brutality and killing of unarmed civilians is so much lower compared to the US…

A more appropriate response would be to put these Southern Border Control employees in prison. All of America have laws against the inhumane treatment of animals, against domestic violence and against the inappropriate care of children. Take your pick. They have been guilty of a laundry list of criminal offenses. A legitimate President is the only one who gets a temporary “Get out of Jail Free” card. These guys certainly are not president and it’s questionable whether or not the person that they are doing the biding of is a legitimate president. When ever Americans are being instructed to do something that they know is inconsistent with common American law, they should stop. As we have been seeing, the rich and powerful who give these orders are usually Not the ones who are punished. The one’s who are punished are the one’s who carry out the orders. Does that require conviction and courage, Yes. But, prior to Trump, I have never heard of Americans referred to as spineless cowards.
