It was not his job to investigate Biden (despite what republicans are saying) – there are other offices in the government for that.
Joe has not admitted to any wrong doing and multiple investigations (both at home and abroad) have cleared him of any wrong doing.
He withheld funds from the Ukraine until they removed a corrupt prosecutor. He was instructed to do so by the administration and the entire senate, including all the republicans in the senate. It wasn’t something that Joe was doing for himself, and it was actually bad for his family. This is just a smear on Joe, and it is nothing more than a thoroughly debunked conspiracy theory.
SCOTUS has ruled that executive privilege does not go as far as the white house is trying to stretch it. Ignoring the subpoenas is illegal, and trying to hide and stop people from testifying is certainly not a sign of innocence. Surely, we can all agree on that point.
Yes, impeachment is probably dead on arrival, because republicans are already saying on TV that they will abdicate their duty and find the president innocent regardless of whatever evidence they are presented with.

The supreme court has not ruled yet in the Trump case of the congressional subpoenas, the other courts ruled the congressional subpoenas are legal and must be obeyed. Nixon also lost this same battle. Clinton complied and turned over thousands of pages.
