@ole555 The graphs of mortality and new infections do not have a linear regression pattern, they are exponential which accounts for the fact that nobody has immunity against the virus. This means that anyone that comes in contact will get sick regardless of whether it has a low or high mortality rate. This in turn means that the hospitals can be overwhelmed because the severe cases will still be substantial since the infection is exponential. I’m a chemical engineer and I use statistical analysis in my job all the time, stop acting like you know it all. You don’t care until it happens to you or one of your loved ones.
