Just play the Dershowitz interviews from the 90’s when he took the exact opposite stance and claimed all of Trump’s actions would be impeachable. It’s ironic that all of these Republicans took the exact opposite stance on Impeachment in the 90’s. You can play video clips of graham and others and watch them literally flip flop and take the opposite stance to their beliefs in an attempt to defend Trump.
@Mike P Except Trump’s own GAO confirmed Trump broke Federal laws by withholding the aide to Ukraine. Trump’s article of Impeachment, ‘Abuse of Power’, also contains examples of Bribery and Extortion.
The sad truth is, Trump tried to cheat in the 2020 Presidential election, because it worked for him in 2016. Trump got caught red handed and has been in full spin mode, trying to explain his illegal actions.
As you point out though, there doesn’t have to be a crime to get impeached, but sadly, there is no shortage of evidence showing Trump’s crimes.
