@S RKH Elections are at the state level – this has to go through the state courts – if nothing is decided on the state level, then it goes to the Supreme Court.
@Steve Smith missing a step there – Amendment 12 allows the election to go to the House of Representatives. There is ONLY 1 VOTE PER STATE – it’s not based off of delegate counts. Since the electors are picked at the state level – it’s the states that decide who will win. Right now 37-39 Houses are Republican.
