Listen up, when you wear a mask it brings your co2 levels up. When you have high co2 you become dizzy, tired, fatigued, confused, your immune system breaks down. My husband is a respiratory therapist and he is dead set against wearing masks in public but especially outside when you’re not around anyone. It doesn’t make good health sense. He has to wear a mask for 12 hours at work and when he’s home he goes outside, why, so he can recoup. Don’t wear a mask when no one else is around, period.
