Yuh have good cop and bad cop,just like how yuh have good pastor and bad pastor….when people who can manage the work like security officers who in the field for 10 years wants to be an officer or even a district constable they turn you down and said”yuh too short,yuh don’t reach 5feet 5 inches as if it is the height doing the job, yet still when you go around the corner you see one with no security experience shorter than 5 feet in the JCF
