Worst part of living in the mid-west…. the brutal cold snaps every winter. Makes a person just want to hibernate.
There’s a town in Siberia that historically did just hibernate through part of their winter.
thats exactly what i am doing . only due to the fact i suffer with chronic pain.
Winter in December, wow.
Who woulda thunk it hey? Hahaha
Geez I remember when it was just called very cold so you had to dress warmer and be prepared. Now it’s like this has never happened before. It isn’t pleasant but part of life here in Manitoba in winter
Creating “drama” when no “news” to report other than Covid hysteria.
Its rediculous. Since covid everything is 100x more deadlier for some reason………..
Duh 🙄 what do you expect ” sunny ☀️ 😎 30 degrees temperature days in the winter?🤷
Well Sunny, minus 30 degrees days have happened during winter in Canada…
@John Wang yeah I know that but its not everyday during winter 😝
When I was a kid, these temps were the norm, then about 20 years ago our winters warmed up and we got comfy with the “warm” winters in AB. It seems we are reverting back to the cold winters again and we’re not ready for them. For Albertans this is a way of life hot summers, cold winters. For BC however, they are just not getting a break. They’re getting hit with everything possible from bomb cyclones to catastrophic floods and now a brutal cold snap. Stay safe, stay warm.
Yes! news without them yammering on about covid
0:49 i’m sorry but this caught me off guard 😂
Today this morning Canada Alberta Kinuso-27 feels like-37 and it should snow today 😶🌫️
slow news day? it’s cold in Canada get over it
power outages due to bad weather?! that’s crazy!!!!!!
🏮 Breaking News: Canada is cold in the Winter 🏮
Prolonged cold kills pine beetles . . . thereby reducing further forest fire hazard.
Wasnt that “NORMAL” at times past
Coldvid-19. Pretty sure it’s viral and other provinces will get it too.
Normal weather when I was a kid. But the Cabal will say climate change. Yes the climate is always changing.
Coastal BC isn’t used to this much cold and snow. But considering we had almost 3 months of hot weather in the summer, our winter will be much colder then normal, which also means snow, as we usually just get rain.
Meanwhile in Yakutsk, Russia: “Let’s go to Alberta, I heard it’s sweater weather there”
Coldess I’ve ever been was 0 deg working in rain. I got soaked and it took hours in a warm bath to warm-up. When you hear the snow crunch under your boots and you are dressed for it, it’s fine.
I remember when we were warned that skin can freeze in 3 minutes, and I decided that I didn’t need to go to the store that bad.
Stay strong my lovely Canadians in Alberta, Edmonton & Manitoba. Sending love from BC – Summer will soon be here and we can all enjoy the beautiful Canadain summer once again.
