Commissioned officers can’t be forced back into service. Any commissioned officer can resign and quit at an time they want to they don’t sign a contract for so many years like enlisted soldiers do. During the civil war they shut west point down because two thirds of the graduates were resigning their commissions and joining the confederacy. That’s why no charges could be brought against these officers at the end of the war. They simply quit their job and went to work somewhere else.
The American People deserve and demand justice. The law must apply to every single person, Especially those in power!
