@psycobleach46 tullis some people who born at home? That would be such an exception the number would be less than 1 % . Most people have been born in Hospitals or register mid-wife or skilled birth attendant since the the 40s. . No one that’s a Xer or millennial was born at home. In less they lived in a very very remote area such as Alaska or some Dessert states. So I think your argument would not count for any populated state. Its legal in all 50 states home birth but most states require a registered skilled birth attendant . And will provide what’s call a witness of birth.
@psycobleach46 tullis DNA is a very specific Test . And Only certain labs in the US can do DNA test. Its not a general test that hospitals do. or even can do they don’t have equipment. In a criminal case the DNA is tested by one of the certified Labs .
