I think the USA is on the brink of turning to being a fascist country as opposed to a liberal democracy. Your voting numbers confirm that and what is shown on your media shows how it manifests. I worry that the UK is bumbling on in that way as well as Europe showing the first clear signs. (I am a Politics & Govt. graduate in the UK).
In many ways, were went pretty far down this path about 100 years ago also. While I don’t think Wilson was a fascist, it was during WW I that an anti-sedition act was passed, and supported by our Supreme Court, making criticism of the government illegal! And the KKK was very popular – held large parades in places like NYC and Washington DC in front of cheering crowds. In the 1930s, Oregon elected an avowed fascist as Governor, and his supporters even greeted him with what we today think of as the “Hitler Salute”. We avoided it then, I hope, and think we can do so again.
You should not share what you THINK. We live in a Democratic REPUBLIC. NOT a ‘liberal democracy or any democracy. It’s a REPUBLIC, we are REPRESENTED it isn’t Mob Rule.

I love Ari. It’s hard to get people to trust the news in today’s digital age where people read just a headline and fill in the blanks with whatever their minds can come up with to fill in the blanks in a way that fits their preconceived notions. Ari is excellent at filling those blank spots with facts and doing away with self brewed concoctions of conjecture and ignorance.
