Note: Yacht is anything allowing floating, sleeping, storage of enough food for a meal. I lived on yachts at age 18, and note that renting a room for 6 months can be more costly than sailing for two years, including the purchase price of an actual seaworthy “yacht” able to weather severe storms

It’s a 50 year old IOR (International Ocean Racing) yacht, designed by Britton Chance, Built by Allied Boat works Hudson New York , capable of circumnavigating the earth.
