Yes, David, unfortunate wearing mask becomes political when it is a simple task to do to care. I am saddened to know that the freedom on this country is jeopardized by not wearing mask. We are confide to do things outside the norm just because of the “freedom” (of not wearing mask) is exercised. Yes you have that freedom but we will all be slaved to do things outside of the norm. Little sacrifice can be done in a short time but unfortunately no lead can be seen in this country. If this is mandated from top, then maybe we are not in this situation. :).

dean mushtuk Do you actually think that dying is the only bad outcome from this disease? Ok, so our doctors and scientists have done a masterful job of bringing down the death rate over time. There are thousands of people who got the virus and never got back to normal; some had blood clot related problems, from phlebitis to stroke, some had other organs fail due to oxygen deprivation, some have long term or permanent lung or heart damage. There are a lot of formerly healthy people who have had to work part-time, because even with a huge load of drugs, some of those folks are still too weak or debilitated to function even near their own 100%. This is months after being tested free of the virus. And it happens to a large number of COVID sufferers.

They are now worried about opening the schools in the UK. I stay in Aberdeen Scotland and they opened the bars and 27 cases appeared from one bar.
Maybe it comes close to flu but that’s because of lockdowns and social distancing. Hospitals can’t offer unlimited care to just go about like it’s nothing more than a flu.

2. The rejection of modernism. “The Enlightenment, the Age of Reason, is seen as the beginning of modern depravity. In this sense Ur-Fascism can be defined as irrationalism.”

*OPTION 1:* You listen to Trump’s advice and open-up liberty style..
First you get temperature, headache, fatigue and soar throat, much like a flu.
But what makes this different is that it hurts to breath.
You end up in intensive care, on the drips and pain killers.
Your body starts to shut down, kidneys, liver, spleen and you get attacked by secondary infections.
You then go on the ventilator with tubes down your throat, at this stage the discomfort and pain are unbearable.
Your in out of consciousness, and with gods help and modern medicine you might recover.
You will spend weeks and months in recovery and may even succumb to a secondary attack, back in again and all over again and then pneumonia might take you out.
*OPTION 2:* Follow CDC scientific advice, ware a mask and social distance, less painful. ☣
