If this doesn’t get the Democrats moving on balancing out the SCOTUS, what will it take?
The democrats have the literal majority of America’s support and still have dreams of good hearted republican leadership. They’re shooting their shot. They know they’re losing support of their policies. They must seize power now wherever they can, they’re playing for keeps and america isn’t scared enough…
@Junksaint How do you know the democrats have the support of a major of Americans? A lot has happened since the last election. Many Americans that voted for him have lost confidence in him due to his handling of the border crisis and the Afghanistan withdrawal. Biden’s approval rating is 42%.
@Bruce Gardner Your response tells me you my may have failed your classes in U.S. government. Our government is a representative republic not a democracy. The Founders intentionally did not create a democracy which is why you can win the popular vote and still lose an election. Why do you think it requires 3/4 of the states to vote in favor to amend the Constitution?
@Paul Harris Our Founding Father wrote nothing in the constitution regarding the electoral college, Gerrymandering or the filibuster yet they exist. There are ways around amendments. Look at Texas and Roe vs Wade.
@Bruce Gardner Article II, section 1, clause 2 and 3. As far as “ways around amendments”, that comment suggest you don’t care what the Constitution says or the fact that in this country it is NOT governed by majority rule (not a democracy) as long as you get your way.
interesting that the guy who thought — like an infant — that by ignoring covid it would go away while having actively dismantled all pandemic protective measures that had been put in place — the agent of death, so to speak — is idolized by those he effectively is killing.

Ivermectin is part of a treatment for when you have the virus, not a vaccine that’s aimed at preventing you from catching it.
