My point is, being offered a position doesn’t indicate in any way wrongdoing. Example: A husband is propositioned by his boss and tells his wife immediately. He didn’t admit it to his wife, he told his wife. Admission would be if a husband hid this knowledge for an inordinate amount of time, or took his boss up on the offer.

Trump was a huge Clinton backer and doner as well as making sizeable donations to the Clinton foundation. So at that point he was a Democrat again and it paid off. Clinton elevated Trump’s sister higher up the judicial ladder.
