Tax payers should pay more to support the education of all people regardless of their interest in school or going to college or the likelihood of college leading to some sort of gainful employment. You are very misinformed. The house that was and still is controlled by the Democrats voted to go forward with impeachment in the Senate where he was found not guilty. The Democrats could not get one Republican or even all the Democrats to vote in favor of impeachment in the house. In the Senate one Republican voted guilty on one of the counts. And in the process the House Democrats did all they could to prevent any judge from hearing any of the arguments that the president made in contesting the validity of subpoenas made before the House had officially started impeachment proceedings.
To help you out, it is the same as if you were charged with a crime and the court found you not guilty. Impeachment is the process not the outcome.
