Two unstable homes in Draper, Utah, fell into a canyon after their foundations had become unlivable due to “earth shifting that resulted in sliding and breaks in the homes’ foundations," according to city officials.

I bet they don’t! Insurance companies inspect the house and see if it’s a risk to insure. This is not the only house in this type of trouble. I bet the area is uninsureable. Insurance companies create their rates not based on state but on areas in that’s city. They look at theft, crime, flood, and mud slides too. If this area is insured I bet it’s too high to purchase.
