Just because Iran is a Muslim country, doesn’t mean Russia has to make a deal with the Muslims to convert. And Iran knows this, that is not their intention with Russia. Guns, ammo, missiles, all military equipment is what Iran is interested in with Russia. China has their own war toys, so they don’t care either.
