Worrying about the Parish Instead of Worrying about the Crime in Jamaica Control the Crime first please Sir.
We need to know about the so-called airport bust too y’all keeping it quiet
That’s the politicians drugs you not going to hear anything about that.
Looking at rushing Park the government cannot fix the roads and they want to create another city? Which would have new members of Parliament? More government in the lives of the people and to fatten their pocketbooks?
Duheny park!
That what the government of Jamaica does no consulting with the people of Jamaica just sign away without any imput.
Who are the people of Jamaica they shud consult with? Jamaicans are full of confusion. Do one thing, they cuss and object, do the other and it’s the same . Jamaicans do best at objecting to anything relating to their country while applauding the same elsewhere.
Let’s get this clear…Jamaica needs NO more parishes! It doesn’t lead to sustainability, productivity and moral and decent life. There are many important things for us to address. Anybody knows where we can find a reset button for Jamaica?
You are absolutely wrong, the fact that Portmore will benefit from More CDF funds, resources will no longer be shared with St. Catherine and additional infrastructure development will take place.
@d mac how you know that because politicians say so??we need development first before all what these politicians saying
Can u take it for all of us please kmt
We would need good road good hospitals
PORTMORE SHOULD NOT BE A PARISH
I find it incredible that the only thing these people do is meet and talk, and what does the talk accomplish. Nothing. Crime is out of control and there is talk, talk, talk and the more they talk the criminal gets worse and worse. When will the talking stop and the doing get started. Time to make an example of the criminals and let them see that Jamaica won’t stand for foolishness.
Talk and more talk and many social aspects not being addressed. Look at water and electricity, two basic and vital commodities for Jamaicans and most of us cannot afford it…..keeps going up every month!!! Water was once the cheapest utility bill…..not anymore!!!
@BlessedDK So true. May the good Lord help us all.
How much did they pay for the appeal doc?
We need no new parish what about dealing with crime &underdevelopment of many important systems like hospitals ,schools, roads , drainage and the disabled community..
Creating parishes should be done out of necessity, not just because we feel like adding a parish arbitrarily. The question should be does Portmore NEED to be a parish and not whether we WANT another parish.
Clean up Portmore and put in the necessary central services .Portmore donot need to turn into no parish only name and nothing added
to it. Rubbish
What is the aim and real purpose for adding another parish? There’s so much ill in this country that needs urgent attention.
This present ADMINISTRATION needs to be flushed …Point Blank & period!
I don’t understand the sense of making it into a parish because within a parish they are towns, what are the towns in Portmore, It sounds more sensible if they stated they want to make it into another city but not a parish.
In order for then to notice crime it has to be at there door step,,,, I would like to see all the government an people in the house jus jamaica alone,,
The crime rate in jamaica is what is to be taken into consideration and not parish nonsense
Why we need another parish. Please solve the crime issues first 😔
Why the urgency for Portmore to be a parish? It’s already St Catherine! That’s enough!!
It’s not like there are various entrances to Portmore! If there are emergencies in the communities at the same time,
where are the roads for escape?
