Meanwhile, there are lot of Canadian that are either homeless or are living pay check to check to pay their rent or mortgage.

Time for it to go. Don’t use tax payers money to save a building no one wants to live in and normally would be taken down.

I’ve never seen it on a tour etc but to me 1 dollar per Canadian is probably a small price to pay to preserve a heritage building. How much does it cost for a Prime Minister to live elsewhere?
