The cities dont invite the campaign. But even if they did, just as when they promote sport or music events, the promoter is responsible for the police and other costs.

Unfortunately ALL of the city’s taxpayers will pay eventually. And they are not all trump supporters. Whoever’s responsible for setting up the rally should be billed. Be it the RepubliCON party or just his moronic supporters or even the attendees. THEY should pay if their “leader” won’t. And let’s face it, he has a looooong history of not paying.
