Before everyone starts crying saying they shouldn’t have fired all the nurses they may have fired as much as 15 do no that’s not the problem
Never been a manager eh?
Huh?
All the help was fired.
Because Front Line Workers found out how disposable the Government sees them when they fired the Health Care Workers when they stood up to their right to refuse Medicine.
No sympathy from me. Years of no accountability nor sense of urgency being recognized by stagnant losers has finally taken its toll. Boo hoo
Its the health workers that I feel bad for
Be sure to be honest with them on your thoughts if you ever get hospitalized. They will know how to prioritize you.
@z It’s pretty bad when the nurse admits she is so over worked she is afraid Mentally she is going to make a mistake?
If that’s how medical staff in those hospitals are wearing their ppe, even when cameras are on, expect more staff infections.
We got lucky that this variant is less severe. Why have we done mostly f all to bolster the system and increase capacity. Quebec has less than 1500 beds.
That was in South Africa. Canada has different demographics. eg elderly.
All the help was fired 🤦♂️
They keep saying they are short staffed because of omricon 🙄 I am NOT buying that at all 😂
Stop crying wolf 🐺. You fired all your extra help
Doug Ford shouldn’t have passed Bill 140 in Ontario. 1% wage hike caps on nurses. The Ford Gov’t is getting the results of the mess they’ve created. Now we stay at home and sit with the popcorn.
*Interesting, since I just watched an interview with nurses explaining that the overwhelming is a result of terminating entire wings of staff, and then having to deal with the sudden intake of two years of backlogged patients … literally has NOTHING TO DO WITH COVID*
Maybe you should rehire the staff YOU fired!😒
Also can we investigate the we charity scandal some more thanks.
Staff have to quarantine, so no wonder they are short staffed. They fired staff and staff are over worked. So what has health services done for nurses during the pandemic? Nothing.
Maybe the teachers have some spare time to bail them out now just until April fools day.
