Days after meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, U.N. Secretary-General Guterres met with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy.

This was Guterres’ first visit to Kyiv since Putin ordered troops into Ukraine on February 24. The war has killed thousands of people, if not more, and forced more than five million, mostly women and children, to flee abroad.
