Not wanting to be pregnant has nothing to do with morality (how stupid is that) and everything to do with not wanting to be pregnant or birth a child which must be cared for 100% of the time until 18. I would think you would want people that don’t want children to skip parenting.

It is a woman’s right to choose and a woman’s decision whether or not to bear a child that is one of the most intimate and important selection only she will ever make. Like choices about contraception, marriage, and child-rearing, the decision to continue or end a pregnancy is protected from “government” interference by the US Constitution.

Perhaps the most effective way to reduce the number of “you-know-whats” (google is being overly sensitive) would be (a) universal health care (so a woman / family doesn’t face bankruptcy for having a doctor help deliver), (b) GIVE the woman $10,000 to help clothe, feed, & house the potential child.
