It may be that every President you know about showed their tax return . . . but not every President has showed their Tax Returns! When did Tax Returns begin? The 16th Amendment came into being in 1913 . . . Woodrow Wilson was President at the time and he also established the Federal Reserve relationship with the Federal Government, although the Federal Reserve IS NOT a Federal Agency people perceive it as such when it is actually a privately owned and operated entity! So, Woodrow Wilson and all other Presidents should have shown the Tax Returns . . . but not all of them did . . . nor do they have to either! There is no obligation in the Constitution that states every President MUST show their Tax Returns . . . NOT ONE!!!
