HE was pardoned because the politically biased judge refused to dismiss even though the DOJ dropped the charges.
@43captrexkramer Flynn plead GUILTY to lying to the FBI. Then Bill Barr intervened (after Trump tweeted about the case) to try to get the DOJ lawyers to drop the charges and several DOJ lawyers (who prosecuted Flynn) quit in protest.
Emmet Sullivan who was appointed by Clinton (to the DC court) by Bush 41 (to the DC court of Appeals) and by Reagan (to the DC Superior Court. Thats two Republican Presidents and one Democrat.
Just because you don’t like the decision doesn’t make it biased. Flynn lied and admitted to lying IN COURT, but Trump pardoned his accomplice so its ok because that’s what criminals do. As i said more pardons are coming to help those who stayed loyal, Manafort will be on the list as will his family and ultimately himself.
SDNY will go after him come Jan 21st.

Trump was still a failing businessman in 1994 so where is the hatred for President Trump when wasnt President at the time. Sullivan had been nominated by two Republican Presidents prior to being nominated by Clinton so your argument is completely baseless.

Flynn’s plea deal included his son not being prosecuted. That’s probably just the start. Also Flynn has lost his 5th amendment rights and must testify against Trump and company
No doubt they did in order for him to take a plea deal

@Not Sure he didn’t pardon people who were involved in crimes related to him. That’s a cover up or at the very least a conflict of interest. The issue isn’t that he is pardoning people. So this will be the third time Flynn has pled guilty. Accepting a pardon confers guilt, so says the US Supreme Court.
Flynn is the most honorable, patriot soldiers around today. You don’t rise to the rank of a 3-star general by being some f-up.
