All the more reason to separate church and state…
Start taxes the churches
Take the Jews out of the government? ๐
@Sasa Sasa Ya!!!!! Right after we start taxing Planned Parenthood….
What they fail to understand is that they might think itโs good for our country to follow one religion with no choice what if that choice isnโt the religion you subscribe to that could happen someday and they made it happen. Be careful what you ask for.

Please understand this: Blue no matter who simply means that ANY DEMOCRAT would be better than a well known repuke. Got it?
Yep. Trump screwed my country from top to bottom.
@Bradyn Lotterman yeah, take your maga hat and your delusions and get a good night’s sleep. Unless you’re in the 1 per cent in which case I will agree with you
@J5 Nephews So you’re better off now with 8% inflation and $4 gas?
@Remnant ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ yeah ok
Yes let’s look around the world for countries where religious nationalism rules. Such nice places ๐
@Clyde C McElroy Iโve been there , Itโs a close as it gets to being a good example of notional religion working
Preachers have been preaching hatred for a long, long time now, turning their sights on “the other” and getting more and more specific at who all that includes. Some religion.
Fundamentalist Christianity and fundamentalist Islam: two sides of the same coin.
A pox on both!
@ULTRA MAGA! I don’t know his name. Not being American, or within thousands of miles of America, I’m not au fait with such reprehensible sorts. It shouldn’t be too hard – God knows (no pun intended), there seems to be no shortage of profoundly wicked wolves masquerading as preacher sheep in your nation.
We need to hear more on this topic. What can happen. What to expect. What to do about it. With the Supreme Court involvement it doesn’t look good.
@Suzanne Spitulski You’re welcome. My wife and I spent the last seven years (pre-covid) ministering at a women’s prison (CCCF) in Wilsonville, Oregon. It only took a few minutes to post. …In kindness

First Amendment of the U.S Constitution:
Congress shall make no law regulating an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise of religion.
“Leave the matter of religion to the family altar, the church, and the private school, supported entirely by private contributions. Keep the church and state forever separate.”
–Ulysses S Grant
@Devil’s Advocate what are the “2 biggest miracles in the bible”? And what does that have to do with anything… that’s not proof of your “god”.
They are the proofs of my god.
@Tom Ceman well… I asked you for the example… since it’s your claim. Either you have one or you don’t and we can move on.
@Tom Ceman a miracle that you can’t confirm is not proof of anything… much less your “god”. And even if you could confirm them… that’s only evidence for the miracle.
@Tom Ceman and I will mention… the amount of people that believe something have no affect on whether it’s true or not.
This nation was NOT founded on Christianity. In fact, the founders made it very clear about a separation of church and state.
So why does our money say in god we trust?

@Black Royal Brand And why are rights endowed by our creator?
Do so called “Christian Nationalists” promote the Jesus way? I think not. If they did we’d hear them proclaiming this philosophy: take care of the disadvantaged, heal the sick, be the good samaritan, demonstrate hospitality, and above all, don’t cherry pick the 10 commandments.

@Clyde C McElroy You are right that he didn’t force anybody to believe him, but he also said tbay those who don’t believe on him will go to hell.
@Bradyn Lotterman and once again, that is still a choice.
@Bradyn Lotterman
I never mentioned race. However, certainly the rules applied differently to Hebrew males and non-Hebrews.
I’m Native American, I seen first hand what Christian Nationalism is capable of.
I believe in Christian nationalism.
So sorry that’s true. So glad you said it.
Freedom of religion means all religions Not just your own.
Ok, then does that apply to Israel as well?
@Michael you are right, however no one can force their non-belief on people. That is freedom of religion. Freedom from religion doesn’t exist
Pretty sure that it means just one specific religion.
@Af Tech no he didn’t don’t use the fake koran as an example
I’ve always opposed islamist and extremist groups overseas, and I will always oppose radical christian nationalists in America, cos they have the same ideals and goals – to enforce their conservative religious ideologies upon the masses by any means necessary.
@NPC 8648 Sorry, I must’ve misread your comment or responded to the wrong person. I agree with what you’re saying. God bless.
@Fish Tank ๐ greatest nation on earth? We rank horribly in all metrics contributing to quality of life. How do we compare against western europe or canada?
We have lower life expectancy, worse education, higher homicide rates, higher maternal mortality. We rank lower in democracy index. We rank lower in freedom indexes. We have more homeless and more people living under the poverty line. We have higher rate of substance abuse. We have horrendous mental health support. Our healthcare in general is more expensive yet worse on average than any of those countries.
Where exactly do we excel? Military power and prison population?
@G D caveman, living in small groups of Hunter gathers, no laws or morals just the jungle, and instinct to live by, no shame, no regret, and definitely no time to talk about gender lol, avg life span 20
@Fish Tank ๐ Ah, I see. No education. Good luck with that.
I prefer that America be defined as a “melting pot” that offers opportunity to all people, not just Christians.
@Palepride Worldwide “We have nothing to fear but fear itself”
@Kevin Allen yeah and โrandomโattacks. โUnprovokedโ โteensโ.
@Palepride Worldwide ok.. the ‘bad’ in ‘bad people” – bad = bad, not a color or age or ethnicity or wealth level. Fear is what drives people to attempt to see bad before it happens – thus falsely equating it to some other adjective. Don’t fear bad – stand up for good. Fight bad. Don’t live in such fear of bad that you see it where it isn’t. My opinion.
@Kevin Allen ๐ listen I have lived with them. You canโt lie to me. Iโm just thankful a few cared enough to validate my pov. Be careful who you associate with and your loved ones. I do.
The US was made a thing by people who wanted to escape a society bound to one church.
Binding the People to one church kind of undoes everything we have taken and everything we have sacrificed to get to where we are today.
It’s a slap in the face to all of the people who have suffered horrible fates on all sides. That’s not an easy task.

The crazy part is the whole Christian faith is based on a choice, you choose to be Christian, not forced
@WARRIOR OF GOD Jesus died so that we didn’t feel the wrath of God. That’s why he was the ultimate sacrifice…none more after that!
Very well said.
Right, a bit of common sense and everything CNN has said is complete bunk…hm, imagine that.
Just remember the guy who headed the former Administration broke all 10 Commandments probably within a week
Everybody does
@David J ๐คก
@David J Before breakfast
@WARRIOR OF GOD Sorry no. While we may all be sinners we are supposed to try to do better… and NO most don’t go around breaking them so often and openly. Trump claims Christianity when it’s convenient for him.
Our founders created separation of church and state so that no one religion was elevated above others, to foster a multitude of religious belief.
