That’s just plain stupid. First, the companies that Trumped promised workers directly (“Don’t sell your homes, your jobs are safe”) have since left. There is nothing Trump (or any president) can do to prevent that. or reverse it.
Two, assuming your childish fantasy of those jobs coming back comes to fruition, that is NOT Mexico paying to build the wall. That would be US employers paying US workers, not building a wall. NONE of their salaries (one should hope) would be confiscated and redirected to build Trump’s Folly.
Of course everybody believes that he would keep his word, like he fulfilled every promise he has made.
