Disinformation and ignorance have completely taken over control on so many levels. All experts are now on the run. This happens when a malignant narcissist has taken control of the plane and all the pilots are gone and now he is playing with all the knobs, buttons and levers. There is no coming back until vaccination is available. But then the anti-vaxxers will take over to prevent the eradication of Covid 19. I predict many millions of cases and a million deaths in the US until the end of the year.

He banned chokeholds unless deadly force is warranted. Many states already have stringer laws. MAYBE that will help a little, but it ignores the real problems.
Jock Young the executive order also creates a database of cops who like using excessive force. This puts pressure on this type of individuals knowing it’s more difficult to get away with it. Really good start for this problem. Trump is going the right way
