One of the reasons for Guantamino (sp?) is that it’s outside of the United States and therefore, the constitution does not apply to those prisoners. It’s apparent to me, this president wants to apply that same philosophy to immigrants. But, if I’m not mistaken, they are not citizens, therefore, are not covered by our constitution. If that is indeed the case, then mercy will only come from those who care, which disallows our government leaders. They hate almost everyone.
