That’s rubish, he doesn’t joke. Just empty excuses like they tried with “sarcasm”, after he suggested injecting desinfectant. So freaking transparent. He’s just plain stupid and doesn’t care about anybody but himself.

He could endorse murdering all black people, being dictator for life, and the imprisonment of all political opponents and Fox News would say he was joking while tanks head off down the streets.
