There’s money in California so people come from all over searching for theirs. Hollywood, Silicon Valley, there is billions in California, it’s the 6th largest economy in the world. William Bailey we file annually just like everyone does or should. That has nothing to do with believing we are overtaxed. The founders were upset about double and triple taxation, today Americans are taxed 5 or 6x over.
If Americans all had to physically pay taxes out of their bank account rather than it being taken out automatically (before checks are even received), we would have had a revolt decades ago.
