Biden may not feel a need, or precedent, to make all things public, but you can rest assured he has access to every bit on every computer in every part of the federal government, including, but not limited to the DOJ and FBI, DOD and all armed services, NSA, CIA, Secret Service and all intelligence agencies, VA, HUD, you name it. There are no “secrets” that can be hidden in the federal government from the President of the United States. He literally defines the need to know and ultimate classification of any information it gathers and/or processes.
