There are a lot of parts of Obama’s and Trump’s policies on the border that should certainly be debated. Not in YouTube comments, but in general I think more level headed discussion on the topic is very much needed.
The one thing that I personally don’t see as up for the debate is humane treatment of children. If you are the president and it is in the news that children are sleeping on concrete floors and aren’t given basic necessities like soup, then you have to get the supplies down to the border no matter what.
We can debate (not in YouTube comments though) whether or not the children should have been separated from their parents. But there is no room for debate that children should be treated like children.
How many beds do you think are just sitting around in warehouses in the United States?
Also, being a ‘businessman’ isn’t an excuse to do horrible things. The man is trash in my opinion.
