Legend Bartlett, ok you got to be a troll… The House can only finalize an impeachment by handing if over to the Senate… So until they do its not finalized. Therefore he hasn’t been impeached.. I am not arguing that the senate doesn’t remove.. But you can only label a President as impeached by handing off the Article’s to the Senate.

No. Impeachment is being charged with the crime. The Senate holds the trial. Impeachment itself doesn’t require any action by the Senate. It’s completely in the hands of the House of Representatives.
