Clinton did not obstruct justice, the Democrats worked with the investigation and provided requested materials and, you know, showed up when called to testify. They didn’t publicly state that everyone who opposed them was a traitor, they didn’t undermine nor disparage the justice department… and most importantly, the Democrats condemned Clinton for his actions. Furthermore, Clinton was guilty of lying under oath, and Trump has done that numerous, numerous times… but Trump has also obstructed justice, sought a foreign government to dig up dirt on a political rival, extorted that nation, bribed Senators and has put America in danger… making him INFINITELY WORSE than Bill Clinton ever was. @Saltponds239 You’re a fool, The United States Supreme Court care of the United States Constitution, both “Due Process” and “Just Cause” ONLY apply to the Judicial branch of the Government, IE: the Courts, they have absolutely NOTHING to do with a Congresional Investigation, it’s a political process, they do not have the authority to charge a person with commiting a criminal offense. Because of that, they have a much wider range of juristiction of Investigation and of collecting evidence then the Judicial branch does.
