I’d say the 1.5million and their extended family that got to vote after 3 years of being in Canada- they become citizens. My family had to be here 5 years to become a Permanent Resident and then another 3 to become a citizen. JUSTIN Paid for votes by allowing these people to become citizens and as thanks they gave him the vote. Also giving votes to Anyone 5 years or less they left Canada and giving all Xpats the right to vote even if they hadn’t set foot in Canada in the last 10years. His father Senior Trudeau helps out with getting votes for his son too!
The problem is representation by population. Quebec and Ontario have mostly been Liberal voters and they have the most seats in the house due to their high population. The west of Canada must have mustered enough votes to challenge them to give them a minority government
