If Jamaica makes the mistake of transitioning there vehicles to electric, Jamaica will be held captive by the C.C.P. for their batteries. China wants to control Jamaica’s Sea ports by their, Belt and Road Initiative. If Jamaica can not pay its Debt back to China in the agreement, China will get a sea port in Jamaica for its Military Ships. This will be bad for Jamaican’s to loose their economy to China as they will gain a bigger foothold to control Jamaica and its Government by China’s terms!
