In my province of Alberta, the provincial government proposed massive pay cuts (8% for my profession, up to 11% for social workers)… after 7 years of a pay freeze 😂. Insanity

It’s pretty simple – you shouldn’t have fired thousands of workers who chose body autonomy. But you never talk about THAT part….
Healthcare & Education are key sectors to keep the workers trained & healthy. Cutting spending in these areas will bite you hard later on. It’s a Conservative run province just like Alberta both cut spending on entering office. Another factor is total reliance on foreign workers were education qualifications are not accepted in Canada so they have to retrain and sit exams AGAIN !!! Which is madness.
All the staff that was let go due to the shots should be re-hired.

Canada’s health care system is terrible and there needs to be something done to help the nurses doctors etc to be able to function and they need to hire more nurses doctors and allow the unvaccinated nurses doctors etc back so they can all save lives ..
