Taxpayers workers who work from home r not working sit down all day long and the only place you find them is Facebook and tag and what they do beg people morning noon and night when is not cell phone is laptop or they have their light bill to pay or them do not have money to buy food or they need to make car payment or just finish

Two years in now.
We’ve learnt that people CAN work from home. IF people are meeting deadlines and work is actually being done I don’t see why people should be forced to be in the office.
This “tan up ova workers” mentality needs to end. As long as KPI’s are being met, mek di people dem stay home if dem choose. And if the organization doesn’t know how to measure that, then that’s a failure on their part.
We need to leggo this “people are only productive at work” BS like wi neva yet guh nuhweh inna Jamaica weh have full compliment of staff and things still naah move! Yuh there ALL DAY!
