I woke up this morning to -20 C (-4 F) here in Saskatchewan and pulled up the temperature map for North America. There was a line running through the Midwest with temps west of that line in the low 30s, and to the east in the high 70s. I knew it was going to be some severe weather in the states today. This is a very cold, unusual spring here. We still have 2 or 3 feet of snow and the temps are more like January or February. I actually had to plug my truck in last night, first time ever in April.
