All of the stipulations for obstruction of justice are met, and Mueller states that the conspiracy with Russia investigation was stymied by Trump et al’s obstruction and refusal to answer questions. He made it clear that Trump could be indicted post-presidency. He wasn’t able to indict Trump because of the OLC policy: that you can’t indict a sitting president ( absurd). You don’t seem to be abreast of what’s going on…
